Most of the items in the shop are personalized orders. No item is pre made and all of the items are made to order according to the color, style and the size the customer requires. Custom orders are not returnable. Please make sure you provide correct size or information for your order.

If you are not happy with the purchase because of the nature of the material used and would like to exchange or return, please contact me first within 3 days of delivery. We will discuss to find the best solution. If needs to be returned, all returns should be unused and made in the original package within 7 days . Please contact me first to receive the return address.

If you need to RUSH your order, please choose the RUSH PROCESSING option from the drop menu as you check out. RUSH processing does not include the shipping time. We will process your order within 2 business days.

If the item you purchases is the wrong length, wrong size and would like for us to adjust/ rework on your item, please contact us.

Necklaces or bracelets involving chains can be adjusted rather easily than leather. Most leather work can not easily be corrected or adjusted. Most of leather work may need to be remade.

We can find a best solution for you or create a Custom Order for you to re-work on your item for minimum charge. The minimum service charge will be case by case.

Gemstones used in my designs may vary in shape and have some inclusions for they are natural gemstones and pearls. Gemstones with major flaws are not used but cannot promise 100% 'flawless' stones.

Also my products are handcrafted so they may look slightly different from ones shown in the picture.
